Cd-Wow : a minha ideia para a resolução do problema

Sugeria adicionar algo que explique aos senhores que mínimos de importação não se aplicam a Portugal e que, por isso, marcar €22 nos pacotes ou algo assim é irrelevante. As leis nacionais só são mais rigorosas que as directivas europeias na medida em que isso prejudicar o cidadão.
Uma outra loja enviou-me recentemente um DVD de uns €10 ou €15 marcado €22. Felizmente passou. Muito bonito para países mais ou menos "normais" com estas coisas, mas algo assustador por cá. Nessa loja, por acaso, já estou farto de lhes dizer...
Talvez não fosse má ideia acrescentar que é muito simpático da parte deles mandarem vouchers a cobrir as despesas, mas que a experiência anterior diz-nos que se a alfândega marca uma loja com uso intenso em Portugal, todos os pacotes passarão a ser detidos e separados para serem eventualmente anexados a outros similares para a mesma pessoa para darem um valor mais digno para ser taxado, de modo que a loja não poderá continuar a sustentar tal simpatia; mais cedo bloqueia as compras de clientes portugueses. Já se sabe como é. Primeiro demora. Onde está o meu pacote?! Depois manda-se segunda cópia. Depois 90% dos compradores, chicos-espertos, ficam com duas cópias, todos contentes. Depois, ploft, menos uma loja. Será que ainda se vai a tempo?
Não usem apóstrofo em DVDs e CDs. É plural, não é possessivo de coisa nenhuma.

It is also worth mentioning that Portugal endorses importation laws that are more vague than the ones in other EU countries. We do not have a minimum value an order can have before being charged importation taxes. It does not matter how little you declare in your orders, the Portuguese consumer is always at risk of being charged this added tax.
Sending vouchers to compensate consumers for this added tax is a very nice gesture, but we know from previous experience that after a store is "marked" by the Custom authority, all packages will be stopped and separated from the rest of the mail so that they can be joined with other orders that may have been sent to the same person in order to charge a higher customs tax.

Votava não mencionar que os consumidores depois iam todos pedir segundas cópias, acho que estar a fazer um abaixo-assinado onde estamos a dizer que todos os portugueses são charlatões não calha minimamente bem. Afinal, estamos a pedir um favor à CD Wow e depois a descrever as pessoas que irão beneficiar desse valor como pessoas sem valor moral?

Penso que é mais uma boa ideia ; quem avança para a tradução ?Desculpem só dizer agora, mas acho que se devia dar mais destaque ao tempo interminável que determinada encomenda por vezes está retida na alfândega. Mesmo com o voucher, passamos de receber a encomenda em 2-3 dias, para sei lá quantas semanas.
Depois faço um edit ao tópico.
Sim ... mas penso que só um moderador ou administrador o podem fazer.Esse tópico não deveria estar inamovivel??

A tammy da cd-wow já respondeu neste tópico ( http://forum.dvdmania.org/viewtopic. ... 8&start=15 ) com uma resposta que já tinha dado a alguns utilizadores deste forúm. Leiam o post dela ( registou-se como utilizadora do forúm, o que poderá ser útil para mais contactos directos com cd-wow e uma feature interessante para a área do utilizador a implementar futuramente ) e tirem as vossas conclusões.
