Tb já enviei para os 4. Eu não tenho lido ultimamente o fórum (tenho mto que ler já sei) mas eles já enviaram vales a alguém que teve de pagar alfandega? E uma encomenda de €20/25 cobram quanto +/-?

Please note that I have been inundated with copies of this petition.

As I have previously said, we are currently liaising with our shipping agents in order to find an alternative shipping route so that you do not incur any further charges.

If you could post this on the forum, I would appreciate it as it is taking up a considerable amount of time replying to each customer who has sent in a copy of the petition and we are doing everything possible to try and resolve this matter as quickly as possible.

Firstly, thank you to everyone who has written to me regarding this petition. I have been inundated and so thought I would subscribe to this forum and post a message to let everyone know what we're doing.

We do listen to what our customers have to say and we are sorry that you are incurring such charges.

Please rest assured that we are working very closely with our shipping agents in order to find an alternative shipping route so that you can continue to shop at CD WOW! without incurring any import duty.

As soon as I receive more news I'll let you know.

Esperemos que esta situação fique resolvida brevemente, mas que foi simpático da parte colocar uma "reply" no site, lá isso foi (sem contar que o homem estava a ficar louco de tantas petições
