ILM NDAs for Episodes 7,8 and 9
Tue, Aug 17, 04 02:22:05 AM EDT
A little Jedi stopped by the inbox today with some information fans have to pray is actually happening. Rumors at best folks ... ones we love, but we have to remind you: rumors!
''You didn't hear this from me, but you might be curious as to why everyone at ILM just signed NDA's (Non Disclosure Agreement) saying that they will not discuss Star Wars EP7, 8, or 9. Since they're not being made, why the NDA's? Of course, since when has the flannel one been consistent?''
Good point. Please, please be true ...
Cumprimentos

Lucasfilm Confirms SW TV Series
Yesterday TFN was up in Los Angeles for the DVD press day sponsored by Lucasfilm and Fox Home Entertainment. We are pleased to announce that Lucasfilm confirmed officially a Star Wars television show coming in the future. They didn't comment on setting (post-Episode III or post-Episode VI we would guess)or release schedule (we expect Fall 2006). Either way - this is coming for sure!
Hamill Talks Episode 7, 8 and 9
Scott Chitwood has posted an audio clip of Mark Hamill talking about a conversation with Lucas about future Star Wars movies. That and the star is willing to do them. No joke ... hear it for yourself over on their website.
However, his comments towards the end about Episodes 7, 8, and 9 really got everyone's attention. Mark told those in attendance what Lucas once told him the third trilogy would be about. Hamill also went into detail about Lucas' original plans for those films, when they would be made, and more. Jim Ward from Lucsfilm was quick to point out there would be no 7, 8 and 9 movies but hinted about TV. (This summary was edited to make it clear this was a story Mark was recalling from long ago and not a current conversation)
