Óbvio que quem comprou a distribuição portuguesa se deverá dirigir ao representante nacional da Universal, são eles os responsáveis por estes discos e por propôr aos clientes em território luso a solução adequada (troca ou reembolso).

Enfim, julgo que nem deveria ser necessário dizer isto.

Ao que parece só os residentes na America do Norte vão poder substituir os discos. Grande cambada, só merecem a PIRATARIA DOS SEUS FILMES, já que não mostram nenhum respeito pelo consumidor não americano.

As you all certainly know by now, Universal’s recent release of the Back to the Future Trilogy is defective and the studio is making only half-assed attempts to rectify the problem. Apart from the framing issues explained before, it also appears as if the French language track in the third part of the film is occasionally out of sync and that there is a subtitle occlusion problem on a number of players. And still, Universal feels no need to expedite things!
To top off this cake of incompetency, we hear from various ends that despite their proposed exchange offer, Universal still doesn’t seem to take this issue with the right amount of seriousness. Why you ask? Well, for starters, owners of the trilogy living overseas will not have a change to obtain a corrected version. According to our sources, Universal has no plans to correct the region 2 and region 4 releases of the trilogy despite the fact that they are equally misframed. And, if you’re living outside the US and bought a region 1 version of the trilogy, you’re out of luck as well, because Universal will only replace the discs for US residents…
I am not sure what I am more disappointed about, Universal’s lack of QA on this release, or their arrogance and incompetence at handling this issue. As always, our advice is to stay away from this – and potentially all – Universal releases for the time being. A studio that doesn’t respect its customers doesn’t deserve their money either."

A confirmar-se tudo isto, é sem duvida escandaloso o que os cowboys da Universal estão a fazer.
Pelos vistos, para lá dos limites da "grande nação", é tudo lixo que apenas serve para encher o bandulho.
O boicote à compra de futuros produtos da Universal devia ser o caminho...mas infelizmente o pessoal vai continuar a comer e a não bufar...<img src=icon_smile_angry.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_angry.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_dissapprove.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_dissapprove.gif border=0 align=middle>

Mandei um e-mail à universal americana e eles passados 20 dias enviaram-me um n.º de telefone nos EUA! (sim, eu indiquei que era de PT).

Depois pedi-lhes o contacto em Portugal, desta vez deram-me um n.º de telefone em ESPANHA <img src=icon_smile_angry.gif border=0 align=middle> (tão a ver, é tudo Peninsula Ibérica, e além do mais de Espanha para cá só trocam as capas e aumentam o preço)

Olá pessoal.
Realmente que escandaleira aqui vai... Ainda bem que, por algum motivo sobrenatural, não comprei esta trilogia. Bem me parecia que o preço estava jeitoso para os nossos parâmetros habituais. Quando a esmola é grande...

Agora, queria saber se há novidades, se vamos ter edição decente ou se quem comprou esta vai poder trocar.

P.S.- Cambada de cowboys arrogantes. É com certeza por motivos desta natureza que criaram a divisão das zonas dvd no planeta. Será que os consumidores Africanos vão poder trocar os seus dvds ? Somos todos iguais, uns mais iguais que outros. Ainda bem que o meu leitor é multizona e a minha tv também.
Ás bestas responsáveis por esta divisão eu digo : F U C K Y O U. ( em Português, lixem-se )
