Michael Cudlitz ("A River Runs Through It") plays John Cooper a seasoned Los Angeles cop assigned to train young rookie Ben Sherman (Benjamin McKenzie, "The O.C."). Cooper's honest, no-nonsense approach to the job leaves Sherman questioning whether or not he has what it takes to become a police officer.
Cudlitz and McKenzie are joined by other cast members including Regina King ("Ray," "Jerry Maguire") who plays Detective Lydia Adams. Adams lives with and is the primary caregiver of her mother. Her partner, Detective Russell Clarke (Tom Everett Scott, "Boiler Room") is an unhappily married father of three. Michael McGrady ("The Thin Red Line") plays Detective Daniel "Sal" Salinger. Sal oversees fellow gang detectives Nate Moretta (Kevin Alejandro, "Drive," "Ugly Betty") and Sammy Bryant (Shawn Hatosy, "Alpha Dog"). Arija Bareikis ("Crossing Jordan") plays as patrol officer Chickie Brown, a single mom who dreams of being the first woman accepted into SWAT.

Admira-me não existir nenhum tópico desta grande série. Inicialmente deu no canal NBC, as 2 primeiras temporadas e depois foi cancelada
não devido às audiências mas sim por dar em horário nobre e ser muita agressiva para esse horário razão dada pela NBC, "shame on you, NBC" :\
Pela 1ª que me lembro de outro canal "comprar" uma série cancelada, a TNT comprou as seguintes temporadas à NBC.
Estreia da 4ª temporada nos EUA a dia 17 de Janeiro de 2012 no canal TNT.
Acabei de ver a 3ª temporada, gostei bastante, mais do que a 2ª temporada, vou aguardar pela 4ª temporada.
Aconselho a ver esta série quem já viu The Shield e/ou The Wire, acho que vão gostar.

É uma boa série, mas ainda lhe falta muito para chegar ao nível de The Wire. Mas gosto de ver e já vi todos os episódios.

Mas ninguém disse que estava ao nível do The Wire. Eu também gosto bastante, vi todos os episódios e recomendo.
Pelo amor de Deus, que nunca façam um remake, prequel, sequel, reboot, whatever do Blade Runner, e nem sou católico...

Esta série é a definição de Dark Horse, ninguém fala dela, mas têm grande qualidade, está quase ao nível de The Shield.

alem disso as temporadas podiam muito bem ter arcos mais significativos, ainda assim, as personagens são quase todas muito boas, os casos são interessantes e a crueza de LA é muito bem filmada

finalmente consegui acabar de ver esta grande série, deu na fox crime os últimos episódios
resta esperar que saiam as últimas 3 temporadas em dvd ou bluray, visto só haver a 1ª e 2ª.

foi uma pena ter sido cancelada mas foi um prazer ver todas estas temporadas de qualidade, e esta ultima em particular foi muito boa, e os ultimos episódios da mesma foram de cortar à faca
e já vai pra a 5ª 
, a série está no seu pico de forma, fico contente pela renovação, queria era mais uns 3 episodios
