THE CURE were early riders of the New Wave, but still managed to remain relevant long after their post-punk and goth-rock peers disappeared. As important today as they were during their glory years, THE CURE are among the very few bands to have emerged from the post-punk fallout to remain hugely relevant to each new generation of music fans. "Strange Museum" looks back at the band's infancy, when a teenaged Robert Smith set about gathering classmates for his melancholy rock group, and chronicles their rise through the ranks of the alternative music scene. It is a documentary film which charts the entire story of THE CURE from their humble beginnings, through their years of global success and onto their current status as the elder statesman of alternative music. This intimate documentary features interviews with Robert Smith and other band members, as well as his many collaborators and close friends, and offers rare footage of The Cure in performance, contributions from biographers and esteemed music journalists, location shots, news items, seldom seen photos (many from private collections) and a host of other features.

Isto já foi editado há bastante tempo (Nov. 2008) e aparenta ser muito mau (não é sancionado pela banda e o conteúdo é muito fraco).

Pois, pelo preço a que a Amazon o vende e pela existência de 1 (!) única review e bastante negativa, acho que é mesmo esse o caso.
